Through experience and customer consultation we understand the frustrations and problems that customers have with their current suppliers. Our company has been structured to address these issues and as such our company ethos has been based around the following priorities:
Reliability: visiting your premises as we are contracted to do. We do not leave appointments to chance and you will not have to ring us and ask us to visit. You pay for a certain number of visits per year and that is what you will receive.
Customer care: you will always be able to speak to a company representative. If you are receiving a poor service or have issues with your service, you want to tell someone about it. When you become a customer of Just Washroom Services you will be provided with a list of contact numbers, these range from our service technicians through to the company directors. We do not use call centres, automated messages or number selective message options.
Service: We give you exactly what you are paying for. If you are paying for such equipment as air fresheners and water sanitisers, you obviously want them to work. As a company we have sourced reliable products that last for long periods of time at the same efficiency and intensity. Every piece of our equipment on your premises is serviced every time we visit. You will never have air fresheners that do not smell, or feminine hygiene disposal bins that are full.
